Return and defective products

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.

The 14-day right of return does not apply to original (Aprilia, Ducati, Can-Am, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, etc.) spare parts ordered for a special model and brand, and to products that have already been used, in which it is impossible to identify the installation and usage requirements, except for products with manufacturing defects.

The 14-day right of return does not apply to products whose packaging has been opened, damaged or the packaging of the goods has been significantly changed or whose opening cannot be verified by visual inspection.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed to test the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the returnable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

All costs related to the return are paid by the customer except in cases where the product is defective and according to the DPD price list. If the customer does not want to use our price list, he can pay the costs himself at the parcel machine. Defective products

All defective products with manufacturer's errors are subject to return.

Products that have not been used for their intended purpose, that have mechanical damage, that have been modified, that have a defect caused by improper use by the user, etc., are not eligible for return. because of.

Products with a battery have a 60-day warranty on their batteries.

Postage to the customer is free when returning defective products. If, after checking the product, it is confirmed that the product is defective, the product will be replaced with the same product or, if this is not possible, with an equivalent product, or the money will be returned to the customer along with the original postage cost.

If it turns out during product inspection that the product is not defective or that the defect was caused by the customer's fault, the product will be returned to the customer.

Items can only be returned through the parcel machine. When you receive the package, you will be sent an SMS with the door code of the DPD parcel machine, as well as the return code, which you can use to return the goods to the parcel machine. To do this, you must select "parcel return" in the parcel machine and follow the given instructions.

Correctly returned goods reach us within 2-4 working days

If the product meets the 14-day return policy or the product was defective and we are unable to replace the product and the customer wants a refund, we will refund the money on the same working day, but no later than 7 working days.
