1. DEFINITIONS

- 1.2. Motovaruosad - electronic store at https://motovaruosad.ee 1.3. Client - a natural person whose activity is not restricted by a valid court order or legal entity.
- 1.4. Partner - A legal entity that offers goods or services in an e-shop.
- 1.5. Account - A set of personal information and order history registered on a customer's Motovaruosad page
- 1.6. Motovaruosad web Accounts - Motovaruosad accounts on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. that provide information about Motovaruosad e-store products and services
- 1.7. Services - All services provided to the customer by Motovaruosad.
- 1.8. Password - a combination of letters and numbers specified by the Customer, which will be used in the first step of registering as a Motovaruosad Company. A password is required to securely sign in to your account in the future.
- 1.9. Cookie - a small file that is sent to the customer's device visiting the Motovaruosad e-store. This definition includes the use of files similar in nature to the cookie file.
- 1.10. Ordering Conditions - Approved Motor Parts Online Store Sales Policy.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

- 2.6.1. change and / or supplement personal data in the account or delete the Motovaruosad e-store account. To delete an account, you must contact us by e-mail at varuosad@motovaruosad.ee or log in to your existing e-store account where you can select the activity "delete account" under the account settings. Once a client account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- 2.7. Motorcycle Parts The Customer's personal identification code is required if the Customer purchases the goods in installments or makes a purchase of Motorcycle Parts from a Cooperation Partner 2.8. Seller is required to collect the following personal information from Customer for the following purposes:
- 2.8.1. 3. Website security
- 3.1 Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certification ensures the security of Motovaruosad purchases.
4. PROCEDURES FOR STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
- 4.1. The Seller confirms that the Customer's personal data is important in order for the Customer to be able to use Motovaruosad services (incl. - 4.3.4. not to consent to the processing of personal data provided for in the Privacy Policy. In this case, the Customer will not be able to purchase goods or services from the Motovaruosad page either
- 4.4. All incoming and outgoing calls may be recorded with prior notice to the customer and will be retained for two years from the time the claims are filed.
- 4.5. The Seller shall keep the data related to the Customer's order for seven (7) calendar years from the calendar year following the end of the Seller's financial year for the purpose of ensuring the Seller's rights and obligations and / li>

By agreeing to the Privacy Policy, the customer agrees that cookies will be added to his computer. The Customer can withdraw the consent at any time, but in this case all the necessary functions of the Motovaruosad e-store may not work. The customer has the right to ask MotovarPare Partners what cookies they use.
